As a BPO partner, your role is to represent Citimedz professionally, nurture franchise leads across multiple brands, deliver customized business proposals, and coordinate communication between prospects and the Citimedz franchise team to close deals. **Payment Terms: ₹35,000 per FTE monthly + performance incentives, NET 15 invoice cycle.** All franchise agreements, legal documentation, and financial processing are managed directly by Citimedz.

Franchise Lead Management

Structured handling of inbound and outbound franchise enquiries across multiple brands including lead qualification, investment capacity assessment, and territory availability verification.

Proposal Delivery & Negotiation

Customized business proposal presentation highlighting ROI projections, support systems, brand strength, and territory-specific opportunities with professional negotiation support.

Deal Closure Coordination

Coordinating final negotiations, objection handling, and commitment collection while scheduling meetings with Citimedz's approval team for contract finalization.

Multi-Brand Pipeline Management

Maintaining organized lead pipelines across 10+ franchise brands, tracking conversion stages, and generating structured reports for performance optimization and territory planning.
